A Bit About Me

Brian Lavelle – Head of Design - Royal Institute of British Architects

Brian joined the team and now runs our design and drawing functions.

​

As Head of Design for Modular500, Brian brings over 25 years extensive experience in designing and delivering innovative and sustainable building solutions. His team specialise in creating efficient and cost-effective modular designs for a wide range of applications.

​

Brian has wide-ranging experience in CAD, modelling and sketch up software, producing drawing packs for initial concept and planning through to detailed manufacturing packs for our production team to build to, using state of the art software.

​

Brian is a Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
